The west isn’t doing much here now. We can concern ourselves with the past and not pay attention to what’s happening right now but I wouldn’t suggest it. China, India, Saudi Arabia are having a pretty active role in the day to day currently. It’s not all bad, and it’s not all good. I will say that our politicians are extremely cheap and will sell billions of dollars of value here for only a few million deposited directly into their accounts to whoever is willing to pay.
