Instead of an endless rat race to survive while the elites amass more and more wealth while killing the planet, our needs are taken care of while respecting the sustainable limits of nature.
i can agree with that
according to maslow’s hierarchy of needs, needs are more fundamental than labor, thus it should be taken care of sooner. therefore, needs being taken care of cannot be dependent on labor, but only the other way around.

A socialist system would guarantee your fundamental needs, while expecting you to contribute back to society in whatever way you are best able to.
Ownership means the power to make decisions regarding how an enterprise operates, including how and where the profits are directed.
