Oxygen Not Included is a great colony-builder, personally I like it a bit more than rimworld but also that’s because I played it first.

Also maybe Kerbal Space Program and Stormworks if you like vehicle building. Stormworks has a bit of a learning brick wall but it is fun. It’s marketed as more of a search and rescue kind of game, and there is some fun that can be had doing that but it’s mostly a vehicle builder.
