I don’t understand this comment:

"In reality, this does next to nothing to lift the company’s nearly 200,000 part-time workers out of poverty. “If they start at $21 an hour, at 3 to 3.5 hours a day, you’ll have to work 2 or 3 jobs to make ends meet,”

On what planet is someone working 3 hrs a day expected to be able to afford a place to live and pay their bills? What an asinine thing to say.
