vexikron@lemmy.zip 6 months agoI would argue he did flee as he /was/ in the US, if I am not mistaken, then a legal development happened and then he left.
But eh, not a super big deal at this point, I am too hungry to go look up the exact chain of events.

No, the company was based out of the Bahamas. He’d been living in the Bahamas for years.
