      Oh and one more thing. I hope I’m not badgering you.

      But there’s an organisation that supports you after a diabetes diagnosis if that could come in handy. And a trial of a glucose monitor at home is available www.animaldiabetesaustralia.com.au/services/

      There is an initial consult and I can’t tell if the vet is currently in Melbourne or Queensland but that looked useful.
