Comment on Gonna be straight forward, how is Donald Trump not considered a Global/Donestic Terrorist?
Gnergy@piefed.europe.pub 1 week agoThe problem with that is that he hasn’t been convicted of any of the things mentioned there. People are innocent until proven guilty, so it can’t be the case that someone can be deemed to have done these things if they haven’t been convicted.

14A3 is a constitutional right of the people to not be represented by traitors, that’s automatic and doesn’t need a full conviction to initiate. And it already specifies the remedy, 2/3 of congress can vote to pardon you.
