If these people really want to stop anti-semitism, they need to separate semitism from zionism, and accept that a human being can be appropriately appalled by genocide, have a corresponding anti-zionist opinion in reaction to that, and still not have any issue with the Jewish faith or the broader population. Personally I feel sorry for non-zionist jews who are consistently being misused as shields for a bloodthirsty, elitist, genocidal zionist agenda, pursued by people too cowardly to accept direct accountability and appropriate public condemnation for their actions.
Inviting Nigel Farage and snubbing Zack Polanski makes a mockery of the whole thing and undermines the stated intent.
…but that’s the point. They don’t want to have to turn on Bebe because reasons they don’t want to talk about. So the I fallible strategy if to accuse anyone wanting to hold him accountable for his actions of anti-Semitism.
We all know this. They all know this. Anybody pulling this “trick” is not debating in good faith.
If someone’s answer to the question “Is it okay to bomb innocent civilians?” isn’t “No” and is instead “Depends when they are from or what religion they follow” then they need to reflect on the choices they’ve made in life that brought them to such a hateful world view.
The thing about Israelis and Zionists is that they consistently say (and seem to believe) that in Gaza (and probably the West Bank), there are no innocents. So they'll still say no.
And they will always be monstrously wrong when they say it.

Yep, the only Jewish leader of a political party doesn’t get invited. What do the rest have in common? They’re all Zionists. More proof if any was needed that this is about silencing criticism of Israel and not trying to stop antisemitism.
