  It’s the pieces of shit next door. It’s been like this for a week and it’s really fucking stressful because it’s literally all day.

    Get the council on them too. They’re only putting it outside because they can’t stand it inside, hate that shit. Fix your fucking problem instead of expanding its radius

        I asked about doing that and they don’t tend to do anything unless the animal doesn’t have food and water
