Every genre has genuine effortfully made games and also cash grabs. I feel like many monster catchers get subjected to undeservedly high levels of scrutiny because some people seem to think that Nintendo should get to own the entire genre. Pickmon imo is definitely a cash grab but there are many other monster catchers that aren’t.
