    Anarchy in definition is not organized by any principles. It’s lack of ruling.

    The moment you insert governing factor, be it principle if you will, it stops being anarchy but follows some guideline.

    Lack of ruling is lack of ruling.

      That’s not true - it’s lack of rulers. There are still rules, but the rules are decided by the people who live and work in a place, rather than a king or a billionaire or a CEO or whoever.
