I’ve never considered UV light being a higher proportion of the sunlight hitting an area during dawn and dusk. Makes sense if I consider how atmospheric filtering is what gives rise to the experience of consistent color(s) in the sky in the first place. I guess out of sight out of mind is a common starting point, especially for electromagnetic effects
