This is the definition of not a team player. You don’t do this shit to your team. Players like these only exist because of talent and when the personality isn’t acceptable you remove it from the team. When the talent matters more you end up with repeat shit like this.

It’s just as wrong to continually bring it up as some kind of a defense for this behavior IMO. I never said he wasn’t just that it don’t shouldn’t matter if he’s good or bad when this type of behavior occurs.
