It should 100%. But this is the real world and courts often fuck up obvious correlations. So we’ll see how it actually ends up.
Apple doesn’t allow you to do either of those on your own without either jumping through hoops and paying to be a “developer” or having to jailbreak your device. Unlike Android, where you can natively sideload apps or install alternative app stores by enabling one setting.
