No it didn’t, the only thing it did was reshaded the eyes/lips and added proper shadows on the jawline, neck, and hair. The original had over-exaggerated highlights on the hair, thats why it looks so different.

Yes, but the original was rendered intentionally subpar, so its missing a lot of facial details and shading. I have no idea if the original had makeup or not.
