That “some reason” is their governments are the same entity. Israel is the USA and vice versa. This is essentially why Iran attacked USA military bases, not because the USA also attacked them. Both entities share the unashamed tendency to expand as an empire, against international law. Israel sees Iran as their only real menace close to them. Imagine China in Central America. Why now?
