Peach Smash

1 demerara cube
1/2 ripe peach or 3/4oz peach nectar
1.5oz bourbon
.5oz St. Germain

I muddle the the ingredients in a shaker add ice, shake, and pour. As mentioned, fresh mint is a nice addition.
