msokiovt@lemmy.today 16 hours agoYes, it’s a serious declaration, because while the guy behind the site is Canadian (he actually started a republic in 2015), he does keep up with international happenings, particularly in America and Britain from what I was able to gather.

That I’m not sure about. He has, however, gotten the RCC in trouble under common law through the specialized court I mentioned earlier (as common law trumps both legal and cannon law [yes, the trump pun was intentional]).
