Yeah, I stand corrected, there is slightly more than one country like that. Doesn’t really changes much since there is not a lot of those countries, but yeah, technically I was wrong.

I personally acquired citizenship of Lithuania for example, solely because my grandmother was born there and left during Soviet occupation (as many did). I speak no Lithuanian, have no other connection to the country, and have never even been there.
