I thought I didn't want to get married. I thought I didn't want to own a home. I thought I didn't want to have kids.

On every point I was wrong. Everything they said I wouldn't want turned out to fill a hole in me that I didn't realize was there. And those same people would tell me that I'm evil for being fulfilled by such things, but I'm not going to apologize for being a human being.
