Two things, take them as you need.

1. fuck it’s hard. Hugs of the biggest kind. You do so much to be ok and you deserve to be ok and safe and healthy and I wish nothing but grace .
2. my science training taught me that the hydrogen in me is 13.8 billion years old, the carbon from old stars, the iron from supernovae. In some ways I am the most boring thing that has ever happened to me. In other ways this is how the universe sees itself. Even my worst moments are ok because that’s just part of the whole universe experience. That’s not twee. That’s objective fact.

Both these things are true. Use what you need or throw them out if it’s not what you need right now.
