frezik@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 weeks agoYou can find plenty of those. What you can’t do is find games with all the components manufactured in the US. Cardstock, in particular, just doesn’t exist in US production at the quality card games would want. If you want stuff that isn’t semi-transparent in a bright light, you don’t buy cardstock from US producers.

Then I guess we suffer through transparency until there's a manufacturer who decides to make a thicker cardstock.
