5’8" is above average for a woman where I live. 6’4" is gargantuan. Like unusually tall.

I see your gender identity tag as including they… if you were AMAB, you might be considered short for your birth-assigned gender, but if you truly are AMAB and trying to present as female, being 5’8" would be helpful; being 6’4" would be a hindrance in addition to being a falsehood.
