Is calling op pathetic not implying their inferiority to you for discussing their feelings? If you didn’t want to be rude all you had to do was say nothing. But you chose to comment and belittle someone else’s harmless feelings.

You know? Sometimes people need to be told the truth, otherwise they never learn.
OP is behaving like a small child, seeking empathy and emotional for a situation that is as banal as they come.
Sometimes you need to grow up FFS.

  On behalf of all people on earth I hope you never become a therapist and if you are your licence gets revoked because you’d be a terrible one
  
  OP is not discussing real feelings, but the equivalent of a spoiled child unhappy there are no more Christmas presents, after having had dozens. It’s not even that there aren’t anymore, it’s like if there aren’t anymore big ones.
