      Is calling op pathetic not implying their inferiority to you for discussing their feelings? If you didn’t want to be rude all you had to do was say nothing. But you chose to comment and belittle someone else’s harmless feelings.

        OP is behaving like a small child, seeking empathy and emotional for a situation that is as banal as they come.
