    No. It is not an evasion. I’m having a hard time understanding how you cannot understand why this question is offensive and idiotic at the same time. Like what level of common sense must you be lacking to equate offensive social behavior to simply the location you reside in and are trying to morally equate the two?

    Like either you are trolling or you are seriously oblivious.
