They problem has nothing to do with permits imo. The real problem is the gun culture, with certain demographics turning s deadly weapon into some kind of fun kid friendly hobby.

I feel like France doesn’t have gun ranges where all the boys meet up every week. They don’t build their personality around it and turn it into culty family traditions.

The open carry is also a big one.
