How is photography profitable now that AI can generate images, there’s no shortage of stock photo sites and there’s no shortage of willing photographers? How are you supposed to compete in a market with oversupply of photos and photographers?
If you really want to play this game in hard mode, you can also pick other arts like poetry or painting. Should lead to bankruptcy just as fast.

Let’s assume everything can be generated and photography can be replaced in technical and artistic meaning by 100% and perfect quality. I don’t believe we reached that point, but people are accepting low quality if it costs less.
There is still one big unsolved problem: Copyright and License. But I guess if its cheap enough, then most would risk it, if they even know the risk.
