Comment on AI will change the way we do everything. All jobs will be replaced.
technicalogical@lemmy.world 8 months agoI got to review some AI customer service chats and never did I see it handle an issue from start to finish. It was pretty decent at setting the table for the human element. Unfortunately, the human element fails way too often but that’s for another team to solve, lol.
