I’ve tried the Feather DX a while back, and it was ok. Compared to straights or Wecks, though, the minimum useable angle was less shallow, and less shallow than I liked.

A deal breaker for me. Having developed the technique of getting BBS-close with low angles is why (IMO) I rarely nick myself and never have irritation. [Of course many years of strong alcohol aftershaves may have tanned my skin.]

Yeah, we agree. That’s why I’m sceptical about the Tedalus. With the narrow AC and injector blades, this limitation shallow and seems hard to overcome.
Yes, maybe the clamp is thinner than on the Feather, bit images like this one
