What saved the Medicare mandate was 3-fold: first, religious exceptions required in the rule itself; second, the percieved beneficiary is old & poor patients; and third, the history of hospitals mandating vaccines.

People need to start listening to actual experienced conservative Lawyers like Barnes who have warned since the beginning that Trump got duped into appointing Kavvie boy and Barrett, both are Federalist society deep state types who will sell out actual conservatives to please their elite friends. Just like so called conservative Roberts who made the clearly unconstitutional Obamacare a "tax" and thus legal.
These asshats are happy to sell out the constitution and peoples rights.
The worst to fear will be when Gun rights cases land in front of them

Have you been to Texas? If they try to take guns people will literally shoot them. There are more guns in America than Americans by a large number. You would need to change the culture before that is even possible.

Red flag laws allow confiscation of guns. Restrictions got stronger over past 30 years. They take the rights, one small slice at a time.
Remember gun charges against Rittenhouse ? "aCrOSs StATe LInEs !" They push bogus charges against everyone. He would have been jailed for life if he wasn't famous.
They can just call you an "insurrectionist" and jail and torture you without trial. That happened to protesters on Jan 6, including a grandma who was walking around. Whitmer insurrection same. 100% created by FBI
