gofsckyourself@lemmy.world 1 week agoI don’t mean to imply he’s not stupid. You gotta be really fucking dumb to say that at all. I just think he doesn’t care what he says, because the content of what he says is not important. It’s more of a method of controlling the conversation.

Even “controlling the conversation” is too generous. He wants attention and is addicted to social media, and since he’s so dumb half of what he says ends up being controversial. Which his base loves.
