I am quite ok to reply to these for a long time myself, as it is nice and sunny out and I don’t need to spend “hours of my life” to do it. Also I would like to point out that what you call “pointless banter” it the core purpose of Lemmy.

Hey, don’t mean to be an ass but normally arguments need two sides. The behaviour of one of the admins of hexbear being so abrasive does have a lot to do with the reluctance to fund Lemmy by many here. This is (if you go way to the top of this chain) about the experience of a user with .ml and what follows is important to the conversation of the longevity of lemmy.
