Last time I heard of bowl cuts people were getting them as part of a far right thing. It was the new skinhead for a while.

I remember them as far right thing too back in the 90’s. But somehow it’s back and it’s fugly as ever and my people are enjoying it! It’s a subset of Mexican American culture in Los Angeles and surrounding areas that are embracing it.
