Gemini24601@lemmy.world 8 months agoI guess it kind of makes sense, however, wouldn’t it make more sense to just have these restrictions on Enterprise versions? To have settings made for corporations in home/pro editions further shows Microsoft’s laziness. Thank you foksmash for your insight though, I am not familiar with a setting like yours.

Your idea is quite logical. That said, I think businesses are their primary target so that could influence such decisions. I’m really just guessing since I don’t work there but I can understand their reasoning if that were the case.
