WHERE ARE THE DERIVATIVE LAWSUITS!?
To be fair, there is a derivative law suit still working and it’s around the excessive bonus they granted musk and then retracted and then re-granted atter reincorporating TESLA in Texas.
I have read that many who would be able to bring suit are in Musk’s pocket. Like his brother, for example.
I really would love to see some derivative suits going though.
