Comment on Jobless, isolated, fed misogynistic porn… where is the love for Britain’s lost boys?
StarlightDust@lemmy.blahaj.zone 3 weeks agoThat would be great if there was such a thing as misandry but there isn’t - at least on a wider societal scale where it has a constant day to day effect. Men’s liberation is absolutely a thing but this article functions more as whataboutism than anything else.
As an already clearly set boundary, I’m not going to explain to you why this is the case but I can point you in the right direction. I’m personally a fan of the work of Lee Shevek but if you are looking to learn through community osmosis, the aforementioned community is a good place to learn.

I wasn’t talking about on a societal level, I was talkling about you. I also don’t need a reading list on why you think you can be dismissive of men’s issues. The article is about a recently published report about issues facing boys and young men. There is no whataboutism as it isn’t in response to anything.

Wow. Making an account just to be a misogynist. Piss off back to Reddit. Misogynistic prick.

Yes that is what is happening here. Clearly you’re not doing well, so I’m thankful you’re just getting angry on lemmy and not actually making a difference.
