He was fired from Facebook because he sold courses on how to pass the Facebook interview. HR found his YouTube channel. He quit google to work at Facebook I believe.

Now he is basically blacklisted because he talked about Visa abuse and post stuff like this.

Still makes money off his YouTube channel though

As much as I hate Big Woke Tech, he seems a bit unstable.

James Damore was much better. He got fired for giving factual feedback on gender when HR had asked him for it.

  He went through a pretty terrible divorce and his ex wife took his baby away and moved to Japan. Now he has to fly to Japan to see his child. I can understand if he is a little unstable.

And I also don't agree with his take. Skilled tech women are rare, like maybe 100:1 compared to guys. But they aren't unicorns. I have met some rather high level female coders and POs

Allthough, I am not sure, they enjoy tech like guys, you know ? Just because they are really smart and understand the stuff, doesn't mean they love it. Its a job after all.

  Yeah I know and have trained several great female coders. They aren't really rare. They just typically don't code in their free time. But you can generally count on them to deliver shit on time. They do fine in the field.
  
  I think women in general (for a better society) should choose to stay home more and make kids but I don't think that should be forced or their resumes thrown away for it.
  
  If anything we should just offer money for stay at home moms as a subsidy. That would help the family unit be stronger.

    I know a few female coders and POs who changed to part time remote, so they could have a baby, while still making decent money. Its impossible for 99.99% of women, because coding is tough.
    
    For most office work nowadays you can do remote, so it works ok for women, in HR, Marketing etc.
    
    Outside the office, I think working at local schools, hospitals, stores etc is the most realistic job for women. My mom and my gf's mom are school teachers who work less than 100m from their schools.
    
    Can't commute far for work when you have a baby
