Just trying selecting “desktop mode” and try to make an account and see what happen.

To verify that you have a new IP.

Check you IP address (just google “What is my IP Address” and click one of those websites) make a note of the IP address. Turn off the data, wait, then turn back in, refresh the page, and you should have a new IP address.
