I ordered something recently from them and it's two weeks late. I'll probably never get it but I have to wait like 2 months to open a dispute.

It landed at a Chinese own shipping distributer in California. And then just sorta died there.

Ahhh.... the plot thickens... from what I read Cali has one of the largest shipping hubs, and its all unionized. Union is so bad, they won't allow automation or working 24/7 and are in the stone age compared to other western countries
But who knows, maybe its the American affiliate who fucked you over. Hard to blame the Chinese then
